Music Therapy Assessments
A music therapy assessment is required for all new clients. This is a 60 minute session (or two 30 minute sessions) to allow the client and therapist to meet, discuss goals, discuss what the client hopes to gain from music therapy, and make music together to see if music therapy is a good fit. The therapist then provides a written report with recommendations for moving forward. Please contact for pricing.
Individual and Small Group Music Therapy Sessions
Individual and small group music therapy sessions are more intensive therapies with written goals and progress reports provided by the music therapist throughout the process. A music therapy assessment is required. Please contact for pricing.
Adapted Music Lessons
If you or your child are interested in learning an instrument but have concerns about a traditional music lesson path, then you may benefit from an adapted music lesson. Adapted music lessons use a creative approach to learning an instrument that may include adaptive and therapeutic techniques to support difficulties with focus and attention, physical challenges, learning challenges, anxiety, and more. Lessons are designed to be unique to each individual’s interests, learning pace, and learning style. Currently, we offer adapted lessons in piano, guitar, ukulele, harp, basic music theory and foundation skills, and song-writing. If you are interested in lessons on an instrument not listed here, please contact us to see what other options we may offer. A music therapy assessment is required. Please contact for pricing.
Music Social Groups
Music social groups focus on general group goals such as social skills and interactions, communication skills, and community growth. Written reports are not provided for these groups. Groups are offered for all ages, dependent upon interest and need. A music therapy assessment is required for all new clients. Please contact for pricing.
